Planning fee

Our concierge planning fee is refundable within 48 hours of payment if no supplier work has begun.

Yacht charters

Cancellation terms follow the charter contract. Common pattern: 50% of deposit retained over 90 days out, 50% of charter fee 60–90 days out, 100% inside 60 days. A rebooking credit may be offered if the yacht is re-chartered.

Cruises

Per cruise line schedule, usually full refund of deposit up to 90–120 days out, then rising penalties to 100% in the last 14–30 days.

Events

Venue and catering deposits are non-refundable once vendors are contracted. Date changes are accepted once, subject to availability.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–21 business days after we receive the supplier’s funds.

Insurance

We strongly recommend trip-cancellation and medical-evacuation insurance. It is often the only cover for illness, weather or visa denial.
