What we collect

Name, email, phone, travel dates, party size, passport details (only when a booking requires them), dietary or medical needs you choose to share, and basic site analytics.

How we use it

To prepare quotes, book vessels, hotels and flights with suppliers, meet legal checks (sanctions, port and immigration rules), and contact you about your trip.

Sharing

Only with suppliers needed to deliver your trip (yacht operators, cruise lines, airlines, hotels, insurers) and legal authorities where required. We do not sell personal data.

Retention & security

Booking records are kept for the period required by tax and maritime law, then deleted. Passport copies are removed within 90 days after the trip ends unless law requires longer.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
